GICS 2024 – Cancellation and Refund Policy :
- Delegates who want to cancel their registration must notify the secretariat in writing.
- Cancellation on or before 31st July 2024: 25% of registration charges will be deducted.
- Cancellation from 1st August to 1st September 2024: 50% of registration charges will be deducted.
- No cancellation or refund after 1st September 2024.
- No refunds on Accommodation & Workshop Charges.
- All refunds will be made by cheque after the conference.

GICS wishes to invest in young, talented scientists who have the potential to become outstanding independent investigators. Members aged 35 or younger at the time of applying (and with in two years of completion of critical care training) are eligible for the Young Researcher Award.
Research proposals may focus on any aspect of intensive care medicine.
Guidelines :
- LANGUAGE : All material has to be submitted in English only (Arial font ).
- ABSTRACT SUBMISSION : Kindly submit your abstracts online. Abstracts must be of original material
- ORDER OF ABSTRACT : The submitted abstracts must contain the following :
- INTRODUCTION : Provide brief background and aims of the project.
- METHODS : describe design methodology including inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- RESULTS : Describe statistical analysis used and present appropriate results with use of appropriate charts or diagrams
- CONCLUSION : Discuss the conclusions and limitations of study/ applicability.
